I have officially placed 2nd at the 2014 IFBB NY Pro. It was a great show and I am happy to have brought my best package on stage to date. Already being qualified for the 2014 Olympia, I am still planning on competing at the IFBB Tampa Pro on August 8th. I will leave you with this thought–
When you are tempted to get discouraged, remind yourself that according to God’s word, your future is getting brighter; you are on your way to a new level of glory. You may think you’ve got a long way to go, but you need to look back at how far you’ve already come. You may not be everything you want to be but atleast you can thank God that you’re not what you used to be!

I have bee getting lots of questions regarding my chest training. When training your pectoral muscles it is important and beneficial to alternate between fly and pressing movements. I super set these two movements to maximize blood flow into my chest. Try it out!
